How to make Czech Beer Shank

Prepare your ingredients.

Put the shank, onion, carrot, 1 clove of garlic, bay leaf in the multicooker bowl.

Pour in beer.

Pour in water.

Add salt.

Place the bowl in a multicooker-pressure cooker, close it with a lid. Select the "Quenching" program - 1 hour.

After the indicated time, transfer the shank to a baking sheet.

Combine honey, vegetable oil, 1 chopped garlic clove in a bowl.

Grease the shank with sauce and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Transfer the finished shank to a beautiful dish and serve it to the table.
