- Butter - 50 grams
- Flour - 300 Grams
- Yeast - 7 Grams (dry, fast acting)
- Raisins - 30 Grams
- Cottage cheese - 250 Grams
- Vanilla sugar - 1 Piece (bag)
- Lemon zest - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Cheesecakes" Roses "

Prepare your ingredients.

Add softened butter to warm milk, 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, salt, 1 egg. Stir.

Add dry yeast to flour, stir.

Pour flour with yeast into the milk-oil mixture, knead the dough, cover with foil, put in a warm place for fermentation for 1 hour.

Rub the curd through a sieve.

Add 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, beat in 1 egg, leaving about half of the yolk to brush before baking.

Add raisins, washed and scalded with boiling water, stir.

Divide the finished dough into 12 parts.

Roll the dough into a circle, make 4 cuts, put the cottage cheese filling in the center.

Fasten the inner "rose petals" first.

Then hold the outer petals together. They must be fastened tightly enough, otherwise they may open up during baking.

Add a tablespoon of milk to half the yolk, stir.

Brush the rosettes with egg yolk before baking. Bake the cheesecakes at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
