How to cook "Ural dumplings"
Prepare all the ingredients for making Ural-style dumplings.
Cook dumplings. Put dumplings in boiling salted water.
Add chopped champignons.
Add bay leaves. Cook dumplings with mushrooms until tender. Do not empty the water.
Place the mushroom dumplings in a baking dish.
Peel, wash and chop the onions. Place in a skillet.
Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
Then add 350-400 ml. broth in which dumplings and mushrooms were cooked.
Add sour cream there.
Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Pour the dumplings with the prepared mixture.
Sprinkle the dumplings with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ural dumplings are ready.
