How to cook "Puff pastry boats with potatoes and meat"
Prepare all ingredients. Remove the dough in advance and let it sit at room temperature.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Add small cubes of meat, salt and ground black pepper (you can add your favorite spices).
Fry everything together until the moisture evaporates.
Add the potatoes that are roughly the same size.
Fry all together until the potatoes are half cooked and remove from heat.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Grate the cheese.
Cut each layer of dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out each piece in the shape of a rectangle, make one notch on the sides as in the photo and place the filling in the center.
Place the sliced cucumbers over the filling and cover with one side of the dough. Press the edge lightly.
Then cover the filling with the other side of the dough so that the cuts are centered. Pinch the edges so that the product resembles a boat and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the resulting boats. Lubricate the blanks with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
Puff pastry boats with potatoes and meat are ready. Enjoy your meal!
