- Mussels - 300 Grams
- Soy Sauce - 70 Milliliters
- Spices - 1-2 Teaspoons (for fish)
- Lemon - 1 Slice
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Baked mussels"
Prepare all ingredients. Remove the mussels from the freezer in advance, let them defrost.
Preheat the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Then transfer the mussels to an ovenproof dish, greased with vegetable oil.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedges directly onto the mussels.
Add soy sauce.
Pour in the spices that are intended for fish, also add salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.
Cover the tin with foil, bake the mussels for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
