I will note one nuance, be sure to stick to the specified amount of puree. If you take a little more, then the baking time should be increased and the structure of the cake will be more moist than with the indicated amount.

How to make "Apple Puree Cupcake"
Prepare the required ingredients.
Peel apples, seed pods. Cut into small pieces, place in a bowl and microwave. Bake at maximum power for 4 minutes until tender.
Macerate the finished apples with an immersion blender. Refrigerate. The output of the required applesauce is 200-210 grams.
Combine egg and sugar in a separate bowl.
Whisk until fluffy, white foam. Add applesauce, vegetable oil. Whisk again.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix everything at low speed with a mixer.
The dough should be light and airy.
Take a rectangular shape, cover it with paper. Divide the dough visually into 3 parts. Place 1/3 of the dough in a mold. Sprinkle cinnamon on top through a sieve. The thickness of the layer depends on the desire. The more, the more expressive it will be in the finished cake.
Put another 1/3 of the dough on top of the cinnamon and smooth out carefully, being careful not to damage the cinnamon layer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon again through a sieve.
Lay out the rest of the dough. Put the cake to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Remove the finished cake from the oven.
Transfer to a board or dish and refrigerate. Then, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
