How to cook "Curd casserole with sour cream in a slow cooker"

Prepare all ingredients.

Separate the yolks from the whites, add sugar, vanillin to them and beat thoroughly.

Add cottage cheese.

Stir and add sour cream, semolina and starch.

Stir everything one more time. If you want a more delicate structure, then at this stage you can punch through the whole mass with a blender. Then beat the whites separately with a pinch of salt until a firm foam and add to the curd.

Gently mix everything with a spoon or spatula from the bottom up and transfer the mass to the oiled multicooker bowl. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina.

Cook on the Bake or Bake mode until you hear a beep. After the casserole is done, leave the lid on for another 15 minutes. Then cool the casserole slightly and serve.

The casserole goes well with sour cream, cream, jam, jam, berries or fruits. Enjoy your meal!
