How to cook Spicy Sausages
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make savory sausages.
Wash pork and lard in cold water and dry. Cut into pieces.
Pass the meat through a coarse grinder.
Pass the bacon through a fine-grated meat grinder and add to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
Chop the garlic and add to the twisted meat.
Add salt, starch and ground pepper to the minced meat with garlic.
Pour in ice water and mix thoroughly.
Prepare the casings according to the instructions on the package. Tie one end of the bowel and fill with prepared minced meat, tie the other end. I did this using a special attachment for a meat grinder.
Fill all prepared bowls in this way.
Bring water to a boil and salt. Reduce heat and lower sausage. Boil it for 5 minutes.
Grease a frying pan with oil and place the boiled sausage. Lubricate it all with oil.
Bake the sausage in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until tender. If pierced, it will release clear juice. After cooking, remove and serve immediately.
