- Chicken fillet - 150 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece

How to cook "Fried Mushroom Salad"

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Peel the champignons, wash and chop not very finely. Place in a skillet.

Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings, add to the mushrooms.

Pour in the sunflower oil and fry the mushrooms and onions until tender, 8-10 minutes, stirring.

Boil the chicken breast, chill and slice. Place in a salad bowl.

Add fried mushrooms and onions.

Spoon out the minced garlic clove.

Add chopped dill.

Season the salad with sour cream and salt to taste.

Stir all the ingredients in the salad.
