Sauerkraut is very easy to make in a bag. Using a minimal set of foods and spices, you will have an excellent snack. Cabbage is prepared with the addition of sugar, salt and sweet carrots. You can use spices according to your taste: peppercorns, garlic or caraway seeds.

How to cook "Sauerkraut in a package"
Prepare the ingredients for making the sauerkraut in a bag.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, cutting off the stalk.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Place vegetables in a bag.
Add salt and sugar. You can add peppercorns to taste.
Tie the bag and stir well to combine the vegetables with the spices. Vegetables will begin to give out juice while shaking. Place the cabbage in a bag in the refrigerator and shake well again after 5-6 hours. Repeat this procedure several times. After 2 days, the cabbage will be completely cooked.
