- White cabbage - 500 grams (white cabbage)
- Minced meat - 350 grams (turkey)

How to cook "Cabbage with rice and minced meat"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Peel the onions and carrots and wash them under running water. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Fry vegetables in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Add finely chopped cabbage and mix well.
Pour in tomato juice and simmer vegetables for 8-10 minutes.
Add minced meat, mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
