Ingredients:
- Chicken legs - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Milk - 80 Milliliters
- White bread - 50 grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Chicken Leg Cutlets"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the crusts off the bread, crush the flesh with your hands and soak in milk.

Rinse the legs, dry, remove the skin and separate the meat from the bones. Transfer the chicken to a blender bowl. I have poultry, already with a sufficient amount of fat, if your meat is lean, then just add 30-50 grams of fresh lard to it.

Add to this the peeled onion, chopped into pieces, bread soaked in milk and garlic cloves.

Grind everything with a blender until smooth.

Transfer the prepared minced meat to a deep bowl and add the raw potatoes, grated on a fine grater. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices.

Mix everything well and form the patties. Dip the cutlets in flour or breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties over medium heat in vegetable oil, while covering the dishes with a lid. The cutlets should brown on both sides.

Serve ready-made chicken leg cutlets with any side dish or on your own. Enjoy your meal!
