Below I will explain in more detail how to make a gluten-free quiche. You choose the filling to your taste, you can use mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes or asparagus. This option will be especially appreciated by allergy sufferers, because the composition does not contain gluten, eggs and dairy products. However, despite this, the quiche turns out to be tender, creamy and incredibly tasty! So take note of the recipe!

Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 60 grams
- Corn flour - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 160 Milliliters (80 ml - for dough, 80 ml - for tofu mixture)
- Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (1/2 tsp - in the dough, 1/2 tsp - in the filling)
- Lean mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Tofu - 250 Grams
- Vegan cheese - 60-70 grams
- Broccoli - 150-200 Grams
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Italian Herbs - To taste

How to make Gluten Free Quiche

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add water and oil.

Knead the dough well. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic and remove for 20 minutes.

Boil broccoli in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

Grind the tofu until smooth, along with water and lean mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.

Spread the dough over a baking dish, make sides and prick with a fork.

Cut the broccoli into slices, mix with the tofu mass. Put in a mold.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and Italian herbs on top. Bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
