How to cook "Meat in a potato coat"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash the meat, cut into pieces.

Season it well with salt and pepper. Place the meat in a baking dish.

Peel the potatoes and then grate them on a coarse grater.

Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and flour to it.

Mix the potato mixture well with a spoon.

Place the potato mixture on top of the meat. Send the form into an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.

After the indicated time, carefully remove the form from the oven.
