- Butter - 20 grams

How to cook "Curd casserole with apples and semolina"

Prepare the ingredients for the casserole.

Put cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl.

Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Break an egg into a bowl.

Whisk the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar, salt and egg with a blender.

Add semolina.

Mix all ingredients well.

Place a piece of butter in a hot skillet.

Wash one large or two small apples, peel, core and cut into wedges. Place in a skillet with butter.
