The cream is often prepared with sour cream. But milk also turns out tender and tasty. Take milk with a fat content of at least 2.5%. The butter must be of good quality. You can substitute flour for cornstarch.

How to prepare "Cream" Sundae "in milk"

Prepare all the ingredients for the cream.

Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and place on the stove.

Place the egg yolks in a bowl.

Add sugar and stir well or whisk.

Add starch.

Stir the yolks with sugar and starch to avoid lumps.

When the milk starts to boil, pour the mixture of yolks, sugar and starch into it. Stir constantly until the cream thickens. Add vanilla sugar and stir. Cover the cream with cling film in the joint and send to the cold until it cools completely.

Beat soft butter with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. The butter should turn fluffy and white.

Then add one spoonful of the cooled custard to the butter and beat each time.

Delicate and delicious Sundae cream is ready. If you need to layer the cake, then you can do it right away. And if you need to decorate the cake, then send the cream to the cold for 30-40 minutes so that it thickens.
