Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 250 grams (pasty)
- Egg - 2 Pieces (one - in the dough, one - in the curd mass)
- Sugar - 1 Glasses (in the dough, plus 2-3 tablespoons - in the curd mass)
- Vanillin - To taste
- Wheat flour - 2 Glasses (in the dough, 1 tablespoon in the curd mass)
- Kefir - 250 Milliliters
- Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder for dough - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 2/3 Cup

How to make Cocoa Curd Pie

Prepare the required ingredients.

Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add 1 egg to it, 2-3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour.

Punch with a hand blender until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg and 1 cup sugar.

Add kefir and beat again.

Add flour, baking powder, vanillin. Whisk.

Add cocoa.

Mix it thoroughly into the dough. Then add vegetable oil and stir well too.

Take shape. Lubricate liberally with oil. Lay out the chocolate dough.

Pour the curd mass onto the chocolate dough.

Use a spoon to stir up and down, but not until smooth. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 1 hour.

Remove the finished cake from the oven.

Transfer the cake to a board and refrigerate.

Sprinkle icing sugar on the cake before serving.
