- Tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Minced meat - 400 gram
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Stewed cabbage according to mom's recipe"

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the cabbage thinly and put it in any dish with a thick bottom, I used a cauldron. Add 1 glass of water and simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates. Then add 2-3 tbsp. butter, salt to taste and cook until cooked. Everyone determines their degree. If you like crispy, it will take 15 minutes, if you like softer, then 30 minutes. It also depends on what kind of cabbage is used.

Meanwhile, grate the carrots and dice the onions.

Saute the vegetables until soft. Add minced meat, salt and spices.

Fry everything together, stirring occasionally and crushing the minced meat with a spatula for 7-10 minutes.

Then add the tomato paste and cook for about 3-5 minutes more.

When the cabbage is ready, add the contents of the pan to it and simmer everything together, covered with a lid, for another 5-7 minutes.

Stewed cabbage according to my mother's recipe is ready.
