How to make Kindergarten Dumpling Soup
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Wash the potatoes well, peel them, cut into cubes and place in the boiled broth. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
While the potatoes are boiling, you can make a dumpling dough. Mix the egg with flour, add a little broth so that the dough is the required consistency. The dough should be stringy and not steep.
Fry vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil and butter.
Once the potatoes are done, add the dumplings to the soup. To do this, hold a teaspoon for a while in hot broth, immediately take a little dough with it and dip it into the soup.
As soon as the dumplings boil, add the onions, carrots and finely chopped greens to the soup.
