Shrimp and apple salad is perfect for a romantic evening with your loved ones with a glass of sparkling white wine. It is prepared in a matter of minutes and served immediately after cooking, until the fruit pulp darkens from contact with air. Season the dish with quality vegetable oil.

- Shrimp - 60 grams (fried)
- Lettuce leaves - 3-4 pieces
- Apple - 1 Piece (any kind)
- Kiwi - 1 Piece
- Grain mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Lemon - 3-4 Slices
How to cook "Shrimp and Apple Salad"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse fresh lettuce leaves in water, dry with a paper towel and place on a plate. Rinse the apple in water, cut into slices 0.5-1 cm thick. Cut a core from each circle. Place a few circles in the center of the plate over the lettuce leaves.
Peel fried or boiled shrimp from the shell and esophagus, put them on apple slices. Peel the kiwi and rinse in water. Cut into slices or cubes as desired and add to other ingredients.
Top with another layer of apple slices, peeled shrimp and kiwi slices. Add grain mustard in a random pattern, spreading it between the slices. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle it over a dish - do not add vinegar.
Salt and pepper the salad, sprinkle it with vegetable oil: olive, sunflower, corn, but odorless. You can replace the oil with low-fat mayonnaise, but not sour cream! Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
