- Red lentils - 120 Grams
- Hot water - 1.5 Liters
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to make Red Lentil Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the peppers, tomatoes and onions into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour some oil into a saucepan. Simmer carrots, onions, peppers and tomatoes over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour hot water into a saucepan, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the lentils. Cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling.

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add to soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove the soup from the stove and let sit for 15 minutes.

Red lentil soup is ready. Good appetite!
