- Walnuts - 0.5 Cups
- Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Powdered sugar - 1 Teaspoon

How to make Egg-Free Carrot Pie

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Three carrots on a grater and pour into a bowl.

Add sugar, salt and soft butter.

Remove the zest from the lemon and pour it into a bowl.

Add honey and mix everything.

Put sour cream in the pie and mix again.

Next, add flour and soda. Pour the juice of half a lemon on top of the soda. Knead the dough.

Add chopped walnuts to the carrot dough.

We transfer the dough into a silicone mold and send it to the preheated oven. We bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees, about 30 minutes.

The carrot cake is ready. Sprinkle it with icing sugar and serve. Help yourself!
