- Squid - 200 Grams
- Crab sticks - 100 Grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Cucumber - 1 Piece (fresh)
- Red onion - 1 Piece
- Lettuce Leaf - 3 Pieces
- Cheese - 70 Grams (hard)
- Sour cream - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Sea Breeze Salad with Squid"

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Peel the squid from the film, remove the insides and wash well inside and out.

Place the squid in boiling water for three minutes. Then remove from the water and refrigerate.

Cut the squid into strips and place in a salad bowl.

Add chopped crab sticks.

Cut the tomato into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Add chopped red onions.

Cut the lettuce and put it in the salad too.

Grate the cheese.

Finely chop the cucumber and place in the salad.

Season the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Season with salt to taste and stir all the ingredients in the salad.
