How to make Frozen Stuffed Peppers
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Place the minced meat in a deep container. It is best to use mixed ground pork and ground beef or ground lamb. Rinse any kind of rice, add it to the same container. Peel the carrots, grate and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. When frozen, onions are not added, otherwise it will acquire a bitter aftertaste and spoil the whole dish with its taste.
Rinse the peppers in water, peel them of seeds, rinse again.
Stuff the peppers with the minced meat, leaving a little space on top for the "cork" - potato slices that will cover the hole in the vegetables so that the filling does not fall out during cooking.
