- Crab sticks - 70 Grams
- Eggs - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Fish cakes with crab sticks"
Prepare the ingredients for making the crab stick fish cakes.
Butcher the fish, peel, separate the fillets from the bones and back.
Fold the fish, onion pieces, and crab sticks into the blender bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the egg into the minced meat.
Twist the minced meat and place in a bowl, so it will be more convenient to sculpt the cutlets. If you don't have a blender, use a regular meat grinder.
Use your hands moistened with water to make round cutlets and bread them in flour. Place the patties in a skillet where the oil is preheated.
Fry the cutlets on both sides for 4 minutes, until golden brown.
