Ingredients:
- Water - 1 Glass (warm)
- Yeast - 1 Teaspoon (dry, no top)
- Wheat flour - 2 Glasses
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Mozzarella - 60 Grams
- Cheese "Brie" - 60 Grams
- Marble cheese - 60 Grams
- Parmesan cheese - 40 grams

How to cook "Pizza" Quatro formagi "

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Combine dry yeast, 2-3 tbsp. flour, warm water and salt, mix. Leave for 15 minutes to create a dough, covered with a towel.

Add the remaining flour and olive oil. Knead a firm dough and let it rest for another 15 minutes under a towel in a warm place.

Then roll or stretch the dough into a round or rectangular layer.

Rub marbled cheese on top, or replace it with any hard type of cheese that does not melt.

Slice the Brie cheese and place it along with the mozzarella on top of the dough base. Create a dough side by wrapping it inward.

Sprinkle the preparation on top with the most fragrant "Parmesan", chopping it on a grater.

Place the workpiece in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for literally 10 minutes. Watch the surface of the food so that it does not burn.

Before serving, cut the cheese pizza into portions and sprinkle with chopped thyme and oregano.
