Cooking description:
Below I will give a detailed description of how to make chickpea meatballs. You can add any spices to the minced meat to your taste, you can take ready-made seasonings for meatballs. Gluten is added to the minced meat to keep the meatballs in shape. If you don't find gluten on the market, you can simply deep-fry the chickpea meatballs and then simmer them in gravy. The combination of chickpeas and rice will provide you with a complete set of essential amino acids in one meal! The meatballs turn out to be hearty and very tasty, they go well with any side dish. In general, I recommend giving it a try!
