How to cook "Baked Pineapple"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the pineapple in water, cut in half if it is large. If the fruit is small, then bake it whole, sprinkling with spices when serving.

Carefully cut the hard core out of half of the fruit; it will not be useful in the recipe.

Place half of the pineapple in a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon on top. Vanilla sugar can be added if desired.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the fruit for about 15-20 minutes until almost soft, but so that it does not lose its shape.

Cut the dessert into pieces and serve warm.
