Okroshka is a cold soup. It can be prepared with kvass, kefir, whey or mineral water with the addition of chicken, shrimp or crab sticks. Other components of okroshka are various vegetables - potatoes, cucumbers, radishes. Sometimes meat components, fish and mushrooms are added. The dressing includes sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and spicy herbs. Okroshka is prepared quite simply and quickly. Just 30 minutes and a delicious meal for the whole family is ready.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Cucumber - 1 Piece
- Radish - 8 Pieces
- Crab sticks - 150 Grams
- Greens - 1 Bunch
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Citric Acid - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Okroshka with crab sticks"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil eggs and potatoes until tender.

Peel the eggs, chop finely and place in a deep container.

Add chopped potatoes.

Wash the cucumber and radish well under running water, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces and add to a plate.

Add chopped crab sticks.

Chop the greens finely.

Season okroshka with water, add salt, mayonnaise, citric acid, mix well and serve. Enjoy your meal!
