How to cook "Slimming Omelet"

Prepare the indicated foods. It is best to use chicken eggs from a farm.

Whisk the eggs into a deep bowl, add two pinches of salt and beat with a fork or whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Rinse tomatoes and bell peppers, cut green cuttings in tomatoes, remove seeds in pepper. Rinse and slice both vegetables again. Heat a skillet on the stove by pouring vegetable oil over it and smearing it all over the bottom. Reduce heat to low and pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Until the omelet has set, quickly add the vegetable slices to the egg mixture. Optionally, you can add sliced onions or green onions if you like these vegetables in the dish.

Cover the container with a lid and fry the omelet for about 6-7 minutes until tender. The egg mass should be firm, not runny.

Place the hot omelet on a plate and serve. If you wish, you can decorate the dish with fresh parsley, dill and other herbs. Enjoy your meal!
