I really like this salad because there is nothing harmful in it - only vegetables and chicken, well, mayonnaise, but, as you can see, there is very little of it here, it only combines vegetables with chicken. The salad looks very bright and impressive, and the taste is both satisfying and light.

- Chicken leg - 1 Piece
- Cucumbers - 1-2 Pieces
- Tomatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Korean Carrots - 100 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Hard cheese - 50 grams
- Salt - To taste
- Vinegar 9% - 2 Tbsp. spoons (for pickling onions)
- Water - 2 Art. spoons (for pickling onions)
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. spoon (for pickling onions)
How to cook "Moscow Lights Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Pre-fry the chicken in a pan or bake in the oven. I like the oven option better, I rub the chicken leg with spices and salt and bake until tender. The skin can be removed immediately before baking, or you can bake and eat it, we will not add it to the salad.
Finely chop the onion and marinate. To do this, put the onion in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, add water and vinegar in equal proportions. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes.
Separate the meat from the bone and chop finely.
Place the meat on the bottom of a flat plate.
Squeeze the onion from the marinade and place on top of the meat.
Place chopped tomatoes in the center.
Place cucumbers around the tomatoes.
Around the cucumbers - a rim of Korean carrots.
Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese on top.
