This salad can be prepared in just 15 minutes. As a dressing, both sour cream and mayonnaise are perfect. But I recommend using mustard only in grains, it gives a slight piquancy, but does not taste bitter.

How to make "Broccoli and Egg Salad"

Prepare your ingredients. I use frozen broccoli.

Boil eggs hard-boiled.

Boil the broccoli in boiling and salted water for a few minutes.

After the broccoli, place it in cold water to stop the cooking process.

Send broccoli and sliced eggs to a deep salad bowl.

Add mayonnaise or sour cream.

Add mustard to taste.

If desired, you can add salt or pepper to taste.

Mix everything carefully and serve the salad to the table. Enjoy your meal!
