Ingredients:
- Processed cheese with plastics - 1 Piece (packing - 8 pcs.)
- Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled)
- Processed cheese - 1 Piece ("Friendship" type)
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Red or yellow pepper - To taste (for garnish)
- Greens - To taste (for garnish)

How to cook "Calla cheese"

Prepare all ingredients.

Grate the processed cheese.

Peel and grate the eggs as well. Add to cheese.

Add mayonnaise and minced garlic.

Add salt and ground pepper to taste and mix well. The filling is ready.

Remove the processed cheese slices one by one from the film. Place the egg mass in the center as shown in the photo.

Roll the cheese into a bag. Transfer the finished snack to a plate, without stacking on top of each other, so that it does not stick together.

Insert a strip of bell pepper into the middle of each bag and decorate the ready-made calla lilies with herbs if desired. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
To prevent the plates from cracking when twisting, the cheese must be removed from the refrigerator a couple of hours before cooking.
