To prepare yantyk, you will need unleavened dough. It is made from flour, salt, water and vegetable oil. For the filling, you can use meat (beef or lamb), potatoes or cottage cheese. Today I used cottage cheese and fresh herbs. The tortillas are fried in a dry pan, which is healthy and very fast.

How to cook "Yantyk" Crimean "

Prepare products for making "Crimean" yantyk.

Dissolve salt in a cup of warm water. Mix.

Pour oil into a cup and mix.

Sift the wheat flour into a bowl.

Pour in warm liquid and stir.

Knead a soft, elastic dough that should not stick to your hands. Leave the dough to rest under a towel for 15 minutes.

Prepare the filling - combine cottage cheese and finely chopped herbs.

Stir the filling a little and salt if desired.

Divide the dough into 6-7 parts. Roll thin cakes out of them. Place a couple of tablespoons of the curd filling on one half.

Cover with a free edge and pinch like pasties around the edges.

Fry yantyk in a dry skillet for about 1 minute on each side.

Lubricate the hot yantyk immediately with butter on both sides.

Place hot yantyks on top of each other. Serve the finished dish immediately while the Crimean yantyk is still hot. Thanks to the butter, the cakes are soft and juicy. Enjoy your meal!
