- Red onion - 1 Piece
- Pickled cucumber - 1-2 Pieces

- Mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - - To taste

How to cook "Vinaigrette with meat"

1. Prepare all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Boil vegetables until tender, cool and peel.

2. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and peel. Then cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

3. Finely chop the boiled meat and add to the vinaigrette.

4. Boil the carrots, cool and chop finely.

5. Peel red or purple onions, wash and chop finely, put in a salad bowl.

6. Chop the pickled or pickled cucumbers finely and add to the vinaigrette.

7. Boil the beets until soft, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

8. Salt the vinaigrette to taste and season with mayonnaise.

9. Stir all the ingredients in the vinaigrette.
