Cream is prepared from powdered milk in the same way as from ordinary milk. When you dilute milk powder in water, do not spare it. If you follow the instructions on the package, you get tinted white water. Otherwise, everything is simple and fast. Cover the hot custard with cling film "end-to-end" so that the top of the cream does not dry out.

How to make Milk Powder Cream
Prepare the ingredients for the cream.
Pour hot water into a saucepan, add milk powder.
Mix the powdered milk well with the water to prevent lumps from forming. Place on the stove.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Protein is not needed here.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Toss the yolks with the sugar.
Toss the yolks with sugar and starch.
Pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk on the stove. Stir constantly with a whisk and bring the cream until thick. Then add the butter. Stir well and refrigerate until cool.
The cooled cream thickened well.
Powdered milk cream is ready. Serve for dessert, use in making cakes, pastries, pies.
