How to make a "Multicooker Banana Cake"

Prepare all the ingredients for making the biscuit.

Melt the butter, add sugar to it and whisk a little together.

Add eggs and salt.

Stir. Add flour and baking powder.

Stir again until smooth.

Grate bananas and add to the dough.

Place the dough in an oiled multicooker bowl. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake on the Bake setting until you hear a beep.

Allow the finished biscuit to cool slightly.

Then remove it using the steaming container.

Trim the surface as desired by trimming off the excess.

Prepare the ingredients for the impregnation.

Bring water to a boil. Dissolve sugar in it, boil for a couple of minutes, remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Prepare the ingredients for the cream. The butter must be softened at room temperature beforehand.

Combine soft butter with condensed milk and beat a little all together until smooth.

Cut the completely cooled biscuit into 2 or 3 cakes using a thread.

Divide the impregnation into equal parts and soak each cake in turn. Then brush the cakes with cream.

Collect the whole cake in this way, stacking the cakes on top of each other. Spread the rest of the cream on the cake on all sides.

Decorate the cake to your liking. Chill the finished banana cake for several hours before serving.

Then cut it into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
The surface of the cake can be decorated with crumbs from the trimming of the cakes, you just need to chop them and dry them a little in a pan. You can use shortbread cookies or cocoa for decoration.
