- Pumpkin - 200 Grams
- Coconut Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Nutritional Yeast - 1 Tbsp the spoon
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Smoked paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon

How to make Gluten Free Pasta

Prepare all ingredients.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry finely grated garlic in vegetable oil.

Add pumpkin, salt, nutritional yeast, and smoked paprika. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer, covered, until the pumpkin is tender.

Grind the stewed pumpkin in a blender.

Boil the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Combine pasta and pumpkin sauce.
