- Water - 300 Milliliters
- Hot water - 200 Milliliters

How to cook "Marmalade with ginger"

Prepare the food you need. Soak agar agar in hot water. Peel the ginger.

Ginger peels off easily with a tablespoon.

Peel the lemon, peel, white films and seeds.

Grate the ginger on a fine grater.

In a saucepan, combine water (300 ml), sugar and vanillin, bring to a boil, cook until sugar dissolves. Add ginger and lemon, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.

Strain through a sieve. I then brew this cake and add it to tea.

Bring the soaked agar-agar to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Then pour into the syrup, stir, remove from heat, cool slightly.

Cover the form with high sides with cling film, pour the resulting mixture in an even layer and leave at room temperature until it hardens completely. Can also be poured into silicone molds.

Remove the marmalade from the mold along with cling film, transfer to a dish. Cut into portioned cubes.
