How to cook "Beef Stuffed Potatoes"
1 Wash the potatoes and pierce them with toothpicks in several places. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5-2 hours. 2 Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes as well. 3 Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, put onion and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the minced meat, and after 5 minutes also the tomatoes. 4 Cook for about 20-30 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. 5 Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven, cool slightly and cut into 2 pieces, remove the pulp. 6 Combine the potato filling with the contents of the pan, add the butter and stuff the potatoes. 7 Sprinkle each potato with cheese and put it back in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 8 Serve potatoes immediately after cooking or cool slightly.
