How to make "Cookies with nuts and dates"

Beat the egg with sugar.

Add sunflower oil and continue whisking.

Pour in 2 types of flour, whole grain and white wheat.

We extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to a bowl. Knead the dough.

Cut the pitted dates into pieces, chop the nuts. Pour the dates and nuts into the dough and mix well.

Cut the dough with fillers into cubes as in the photo.

We transfer the blanks to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cookies with icing sugar and serve. Enjoy your tea!
