How to make Yogurt Donuts

1. Mix flour with yeast.

2. Mix yogurt with saffron and salt.

3. Add warm water.

4. Pour the water and yoghurt into the flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a damp towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

5. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and fry the donuts of various shapes with a spoon until tender. Then place on a paper towel.

6. Chop the pistachios.

7. Add dill and garlic, if desired, powdered sugar.

8. Serve donuts with cooked topping. Enjoy your meal!
