How to make Snack Tortillas

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine flour, warm water, yeast and semolina in a deep bowl.

Toss and add soft butter, vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste.

Knead the dough.

Cover the bowl with a towel and store in a warm place for about an hour. The dough should approximately double in size.

Knead the dough that has come up. Then cut the sausage into small cubes and stir into the dough.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

Roll a sausage out of the dough.

Transfer the tortillas to a baking sheet and heat for 20 minutes.
