1 Rinse the chicken fillet under running water. 2 Prepare a saline solution with salt and water, dip the chicken into it and let sit for 15 minutes. Take enough water so that it completely covers the fillet. 3 Then place the chicken in a baking dish and brush with olive oil or butter. 4 In a bowl, combine the spices and grate the chicken fillet. 5 Bake the chicken at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes. 6 Bon appetit!
