How to cook "Raspberry Jelly"

Let's prepare the ingredients for the raspberry marmalade.

Pour water into a saucepan and spread the raspberries. We heat and crush the berries.

Transfer the resulting mass to a sieve with small holes. The juice with the pulp flows into the bowl, and the bones remain in the strainer.

Pour raspberry juice into a saucepan and add sugar.

Then add the gelatin. We put the pan on a low heat and heat up to 70 degrees. Stir the juice with gelatin all the time until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.

Strain raspberry juice with gelatin through a sieve and pour into molds. We send the forms in the cold for 30-40 minutes.

Take out the finished marmalade from the molds. Put half of the gummies on a flat plate, bottom up.

Grease each gummy with a thin layer of raspberries, grated with sugar. Any jam or thick syrup can be used.
