How to cook "Veal Meatballs"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Cut the veal into pieces, remove the veins. We pass the meat through a meat grinder.

Add carrots and onions passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat.

We drive in the egg.

Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat.

Form the meatballs and put them in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry for a couple of minutes.

Then add boiling water to the pan so that the meatballs are completely covered. Add bay leaves and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Add natural yogurt and processed cheese to the finished meatballs. We put the garlic. We mix everything.
