How to cook "New Year's roll with mushrooms and cheese"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil the carrots in advance, cool and peel.
Peel, wash, chop the onion with a blender or meat grinder. Add the onion and raw egg to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly and salt to taste.
