How to make "Rabbit Vegetable Soup"
Pour pieces of rabbit with water, bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.
Sauté chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers separately. When the meat is cooked through, add the sautéed vegetables to the soup.
Add chopped potatoes and washed barley to the soup.
Boil everything together until the potatoes and cereals are cooked, 15 minutes. Salt to taste and add spices.
