How to make Pork Gravy
1 Rinse the meat and cut into small pieces. 2 Peel and rinse the vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. 3 Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add chopped meat, onions and carrots there. Cover the multicooker with a lid and fry the meat and vegetables in the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes. Recall that the meat must be periodically mixed with a spatula. 4 While the meat is fried, you can dilute the flour with water. We do this in such a way as to get rid of the lumps. After 20 minutes, add flour and water to a slow cooker, add salt and spices there, mix thoroughly. 5 The lid of the multicooker must be closed and the "Extinguishing" mode activated. It will take 40 minutes to cook. After 40 minutes, the meat must be checked and, if necessary, stew for another 20 minutes. Pork sauce in a slow cooker is ready, bon appetit!
