How to cook "Fish fillet fried with vegetables and shrimps"
The first step is to bake the tomatoes. To do this, wash them and put them on parchment covered and oiled with olive oil, sprinkle with oil on top, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for about ten minutes.
Wash and dry all other vegetables. Peel the peppers from the seeds, the onions from the husks, the carrots from the peel. Cut all vegetables into cubes. Pour olive oil into a skillet and fry the vegetables in it until half cooked with a sprig of rosemary.
Wash the cod fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Then, peel the fillets and rub with salt and pepper. Fry it until golden brown in olive oil.
Defrost shrimp and peel. Add them to the fish and sauté for a few minutes as well. If the shrimp were raw, it will take a little longer.
Place prepared vegetables in a skillet and saute over medium heat until cooked through. Finally, add salt and any spices to taste. Serve hot with baked tomatoes.
